where the report bad player section go on Forum?

Where did the request ban of a bad player section go? I know it can be abused, but it is a needed item.

There are occasions when you pop in to the server, and solid players immediately start griping about a bad player. Of course the bad player then knows an admin is on, and straightens out...

This way someone could go back thru the logs to see if the player was bad and deserving of bannation...

haha also yea i know it can be abused but then again if i can't get the evidence needed to punish them then i wouldn't really do anything i would just watch the person on the server or ask other players to watch him.

And WTF is the dolts coming in and continuing to post Whole's steam # and claiming it to be the id for an abusive player? Like anyone would auto ban someone without checking the id...
