Admin Abuse Report Format

Please follow this format when submitting a formal admin abuse report:

NOTE: Admin abuse is altering gameplay in their favor or threatening or wrongfully punishing players for no reason.
Admin OVERUSAGE is when an admin beacons himself or basically dicks around with admin but doesn't trully affect gameplay but may be quite annoying. If it is possible also state which of the following the admins were doing (admin abusing/admin overusing/both)
